If you're driving from central Mutsu, head north on Route 4. Continue straight for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach Aomori City. Once in Aomori, follow the signs to 'Yasukata' area. Nebuta Museum WA RASSE will be located at 1 Chome-1-1 Yasukata, Aomori, 030-0803. Parking is available nearby, and expect to pay around 300-500 yen per hour.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From Mutsu Station, take the bus heading towards Aomori Station. The ride will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Aomori Station, exit the station and transfer to a local bus (Aomori City Loop Bus) that stops at 'Yasukata'. Get off at the 'Yasukata' stop, and the Nebuta Museum WA RASSE will be just a short walk away. The total fare for the bus ride is approximately 1,000 yen.

You can also take a train from Mutsu to Aomori City. Board the train at Mutsu Station heading to Aomori Station, which takes about 40 minutes. From Aomori Station, take the Aomori City Loop Bus towards 'Yasukata'. The museum is a short walk from the bus stop. The total cost for the train and bus will be around 1,500 yen.
