From central Mutsu, head northwest on Route 338 towards the Mutsu City Hall. Continue on Route 338 for about 20 km. You will pass through Kawauchi. Once you reach Kawauchi, look for signs directing you to Otaki, following Route 283. The destination will be on your left, and parking is available nearby.

From Mutsu Station, take the bus towards Kawauchi. Buses run approximately every hour. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Kawauchi, you will need to walk approximately 1 km to reach Otaki. Follow the signs and ask locals for directions if needed.
