Getting There

• Train

  Start your journey at Nagoya Station, which is the main train station in the city. Purchase a ticket for the Meitetsu Kanko Line to Nagoya Port. Board the train and enjoy the ride, which takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Kanayama Station, transfer to the Aonami Line. Take the Aonami Line towards Nagoya Port. The journey will take an additional 15 minutes. Get off at the Nagoya Port Station, and from there, it is just a short walk to the port entrance.

  From Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line (the yellow line) towards Fujigaoka. Travel for 3 stops and get off at Kanayama Station. At Kanayama Station, transfer to the Aonami Line. Ensure you check the bus schedule for the route that suits your timing. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach the Nagoya Port bus terminal, follow the signs to the port area, which is a short walk away.

• Walking

  If you are staying in the nearby Minato Ward area, you can consider walking to Nagoya Port. Simply head towards the direction of Minatomachi, following the main roads. The walk will take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on your starting point. Make sure to check a local map for the best pedestrian routes to ensure you arrive safely and efficiently.
