If you are near Sakae Station, start by heading towards the exit that leads to the underground shopping mall, Sakae Chika. Once you are in the mall, continue walking straight until you see the signs directing you to Crystal Plaza. Follow the signs, and after a short walk, you will reach the entrance of Daido Steel Phenix Square (Crystal Plaza). The plaza is located at 3 Chome-4-6 Sakae, Naka Ward, Nagoya, Aichi 460-0008.

If you are coming from Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line (the yellow line) towards Fujigaoka. Get off at Sakae Station (it’s about a 5-minute ride). After exiting the train, follow the signs to the Sakae Chika underground shopping area. From here, refer to the walking instructions above to reach Daido Steel Phenix Square (Crystal Plaza). Note: A subway ticket from Nagoya Station to Sakae Station costs around 260 JPY.

You can also take a bus to Sakae area. Look for bus stops that service routes to Sakae and get off at the Sakae bus stop. From there, it’s just a short 5-10 minute walk to Daido Steel Phenix Square (Crystal Plaza).
