If you're driving, start from the main ferry terminal on Naoshima Island. Follow the signs leading to the central road. Continue on the main road until you reach the ferry terminal area. From there, you will need to take a ferry to the mainland at Uno Port, which takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Uno Port, navigate to Route 30 and head towards Okayama. After approximately 50 km, take the exit for Kanbayashi. Follow the signs for Kinryuji, which is located at 250-1 Kanbayashi, Soja, Okayama. There is parking available near the temple.

Public Transportation
To reach Kinryuji using public transportation, start from the main ferry terminal on Naoshima Island. Take the ferry to Uno Port, which runs frequently throughout the day. Once you arrive at Uno Port, walk to the Uno Station (approximately a 10-minute walk). From Uno Station, take the JR Ako Line towards Bizen-Ichinomiya Station. After about 30 minutes, transfer to a local bus heading towards Kanbayashi. The bus ride will take around 20 minutes, and you will need to get off at the Kanbayashi stop. Kinryuji is a short walk from the bus stop. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance as it may not run frequently.
