Bus
From Nara Park, walk to the Nara Bus Terminal. Take the Kintetsu Nara Line bus towards Kyoto. Get off at 'Murasakino' bus stop, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. Once you disembark, walk east on Murasakino Imamiyacho Street for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Imamiya Shrine at 21 Murasakino Imamiyacho.
Train and Walking
Head to Nara Station and take the Kintetsu Nara Line train towards Kyoto. Get off at the 'Kyoto Station' and transfer to the Kyoto Subway. Take the Karasuma Line to 'Kitaoji Station.' From there, exit the station and take a bus or walk north for about 20 minutes. Follow the signs to Murasakino Imamiyacho, and you will find Imamiya Shrine at 21 Murasakino Imamiyacho.

If you are staying nearby in the Kita Ward of Kyoto, you can walk to Imamiya Shrine. Start from your accommodation, head north along Murasakino Imamiyacho Street. The shrine is located at 21 Murasakino Imamiyacho, and the walk should take you around 15-20 minutes, depending on your starting point.
