Getting There

Bus
From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Kyoto Station. Once at Kyoto Station, transfer to the Kyoto City Bus. Take Bus 205 or 17 towards 'Kamo River' and get off at the 'Shimogamo Shrine' stop. From there, it's a short walk to Kamogawa Delta. Follow the signs towards the river, and you will see the scenic views of the delta ahead.

Train and Walk
Start at Nara Station and take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Kyoto Station. At Kyoto Station, switch to the JR Line and take the train heading towards 'Tofuku-ji'. Get off at 'Kyoto' Station, then use Exit 3 to access the bus or walk. If you choose to walk, head north towards Sanjo Street and follow it east until you reach the Kamo River. The Kamogawa Delta will be along the riverbank.

Bicycle Rental
If you're up for a bit of adventure, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops near Nara Park. Once you have your bike, head towards the Kintetsu Nara Station and take the route that leads to Kyoto. It will be approximately a 45-minute ride. Upon reaching Kyoto, follow the signs towards the Kamo River. The Kamogawa Delta is located along the river, making it a beautiful ride along the way.
