    If you are starting from Nara Park, head southwest towards the Nara National Museum. Once you reach the museum, continue walking south until you reach the intersection with Noboriojicho Street. Turn left (east) onto Noboriojicho Street. Kofuku-ji will be on your right after a short walk, just a few minutes away.

  • Public Transport

    If you are near Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Kintetsu Nara Station. From Kintetsu Nara Station, exit the station and head southeast towards Nara Park. As you approach Nara Park, turn left onto Noboriojicho Street. Walk for about 10 minutes, and you will see Kofuku-ji on your right.

  • Bicycle

    If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Nara Park area and head towards the Nara National Museum. After passing the museum, continue south until you reach Noboriojicho Street. Turn left onto Noboriojicho Street and cycle for about 5 minutes. Kofuku-ji will be on your right side.

  • Taxi

    If you prefer to take a taxi, simply tell the driver you would like to go to Kofuku-ji located at 48 Noboriojicho. The driver will know the location, and it should take around 10 minutes from any central location in Nara.
