Train
To get to Kōryū-ji Temple from Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Yamato-Saidaiji Station. From Yamato-Saidaiji Station, transfer to the Kintetsu Kyoto Line and travel towards Kyoto Station. Get off at Uzumasa Station. Once you arrive at Uzumasa Station, exit the station and turn left onto Uzumasa Hachiokacho Street. Walk straight for approximately 10 minutes until you reach Kōryū-ji Temple, which will be on your right.
Bus
From Nara, take the Nara Kotsu Bus from Nara Station to Kyoto Station. At Kyoto Station, transfer to the Kyoto City Bus #28 (Uzumasa Hachiman) direction. Get off at the Uzumasa Koryuji-mae stop. From there, Kōryū-ji Temple is a short 5-minute walk. Head north on Uzumasa Hachiokacho Street, and you will find the temple on your left.
Walking
If you are already in the Uzumasa area, find your way to Uzumasa Hachiokacho Street. Kōryū-ji Temple is located at 32 Uzumasa Hachiokacho. From the Uzumasa Station, it's a 10-minute walk. Exit the station and turn left onto Uzumasa Hachiokacho Street. Continue walking straight until you see the temple on your right.
