From Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto City Bus number 28 towards Uzumasa Tenjingawa. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Uzumasa Hachiokacho' stop. From there, walk for about 5 minutes in the direction of the bus's previous route, and you will find Kōryū-ji Temple located at 32 Uzumasa Hachiokacho.

Start at Kyoto Station and take the JR Sanin Line towards Sonobe. Get off at Uzumasa Station, which is about a 20-minute ride. Once you arrive at Uzumasa Station, exit the station and head west on Uzumasa Hachiokacho Street for about 15 minutes. Kōryū-ji Temple will be on your left at 32 Uzumasa Hachiokacho.
