From Saga-Arashiyama Station, it is about a 20-minute walk to Okochi Sanso Garden. Head west on Saga-Toriimoto, then turn right onto Sagaogurayama Tabuchiyamacho.

    From Nara, take the Nara Kotsu Bus bound for Kyoto Station. Once at Kyoto Station, transfer to the bus that goes to Arashiyama. Get off at the Arashiyama stop. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Okochi Sanso Garden. Walk towards the north on Arashiyama Main Street, then turn left onto Sagaogurayama Tabuchiyamacho.
