Walking
If you are starting from Nara Park, head east towards the Nara National Museum. Once you reach the museum, turn left and walk along the road until you reach the intersection with Hokkejicho. Turn right onto Hokkejicho, and continue walking straight for about 1.5 km. You will see Uwanabe Kofun on your right side, just past the intersection with the road leading to Todai-ji Temple.
Bus
From Nara Station, take the Nara Kotsu bus No. 70 or 72 towards the Hokkeji Temple. Get off at the Hokkeji-mae bus stop. After you get off, walk straight for a few minutes, and you will find Uwanabe Kofun located at 1823 Hokkejicho, just a short walk from the bus stop.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops near Nara Station. Head south towards the main road, then turn right onto the road leading to Hokkejicho. Continue cycling straight for about 2 km until you see Uwanabe Kofun on your left side. There are usually parking spots available for bicycles near the site.
