Walking
If you are starting from Nara Park, head southwest towards the Nara National Museum. From the museum, exit the park and walk down Sanjo-dori Street until you reach the intersection with Mochiidonocho. Turn left onto Mochiidonocho, and continue walking for about 10 minutes. Hosekibako will be on your right at 47 Mochiidonocho.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From Nara Station, take bus number 70 or 73 heading towards Nara Park. Get off at the 'Mochiidono' stop. From there, walk east along Mochiidonocho for about 5 minutes. Hosekibako will be on your left at 47 Mochiidonocho.
Walking
If you are near the Kofuku-ji Temple, exit the temple grounds and head towards the east along the street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Sanjo-dori. Turn right on Sanjo-dori, and then take another right onto Mochiidonocho. Hosekibako will be on your left at 47 Mochiidonocho.
