Walking
If you are in Nara Park, head towards the Nara National Museum. Exit the park and walk towards the East exit. From there, follow the signs to Wakidocho. It’s about a 15-minute walk. As you walk, enjoy the scenery and look for local shops. Once you reach Wakidocho, continue straight until you see Naramachi on your left.
Bus
From Nara Station, take the Nara Kotsu Bus No. 2 or No. 6 towards 'Naramachi.' The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. You should get off at the 'Naramachi' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk straight ahead for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Naramachi.
Train
If you are near Kintetsu Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Nara Station (a 5-minute ride). Upon arrival at Nara Station, exit onto the main street and head towards the bus terminal. From there, follow the Bus guidance above to reach Naramachi.
