From Nara Station, take the Nara Kotsu Bus (Line 2) towards 'Higashimuki' and get off at 'Takabatakecho' bus stop. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Once you disembark, walk approximately 5 minutes east along the main road until you reach Sagiike Pond, which will be on your right.

If you are near Nara Park, you can walk to Sagiike Pond. Head northeast from Nara Park's main entrance towards Todai-ji Temple. After visiting the temple, continue walking northeast along the road for about 15 minutes. Sagiike Pond will be on your left, just past the entrance to the Naramachi district.
