Walking
From Nara Park, head towards the Nara National Museum. As you exit the park, turn right onto the main road (Nara Park Road). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Takabatakecho. Turn left onto Takabatakecho. Ukimido is a short walk along this road, located on the edge of Sagiike Pond, which should be visible on your left.
Public Transport
From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Kintetsu Nara Station. Exit the station and walk towards the Nara Park. Once you reach Nara Park, follow the walking directions described above, heading to the Nara National Museum, turning right onto the main road, and then left onto Takabatakecho to reach Ukimido.
Bicycle
If you rent a bicycle in Nara, start from Nara Park and head towards the Nara National Museum. From there, cycle along Nara Park Road until you reach the intersection with Takabatakecho. Turn left on Takabatakecho and continue cycling until you reach Ukimido, which will be on your left by Sagiike Pond.
