  • Public Transport

    From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line and travel towards Kintetsu Nara Station. The journey takes about 5 minutes. Once you arrive at Kintetsu Nara Station, exit the station and head towards the main street (Sanjo-dori). Walk straight along Sanjo-dori for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the entrance of Nara Park.

    After entering Nara Park, continue walking straight. You will see the famous Nara deer roaming freely. As you walk, head towards the Kasuga-taisha Shrine, which is well-signposted. Tobihino is located near the entrance of Kasuga-taisha Shrine. Look for signs pointing to 'Tobihino,' and you will find it to the right side of the shrine area. The overall walking distance from Nara Station to Tobihino is approximately 1.5 kilometers and should take around 20-30 minutes.

  • Bicycle Rental

    If you prefer a quicker option, consider renting a bicycle from one of the rental shops near Nara Station. After renting your bike, cycle towards Nara Park. The route is mostly flat and bike-friendly. You can follow the same path as mentioned earlier, cycling through Nara Park and heading towards Kasuga-taisha Shrine.
