Car
From central Nikko, take Route 119 heading south towards Utsunomiya. Continue on Route 119 for approximately 30 kilometers. You will pass through scenic countryside and small towns. After about 30 minutes, merge onto the Tōhoku Expressway (E4) towards Utsunomiya. Continue on the expressway for about 12 kilometers, then take the exit for Ashikaga. After exiting, turn right onto Route 50. Follow Route 50 for about 8 kilometers until you reach Ashikaga. Turn left onto Hasamacho Street, and you will find Ashikaga Flower Park at 607 Hasamacho on your left.

From Nikko Station, take the JR Nikko Line train towards Utsunomiya. You need to transfer at Utsunomiya Station to the JR Ryomo Line. Take the Ryomo Line train towards Oyama and get off at Ashikaga Station. From Ashikaga Station, take Bus No. 1 towards Ashikaga Flower Park. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Get off at the Ashikaga Flower Park stop, and you will find the entrance to the park right in front of you.
