If you're traveling by car, start by navigating towards the center of Nikko. From the Nikko Toshogu Shrine, head southeast on Route 119. Continue for about 2 km until you reach Kamihatsuishimachi. Turn left onto Kamihatsuishimachi, and you will see 名水 磐裂霊水 at the address 1111-4 Kamihatsuishimachi. There is parking available nearby, so you can park your car and enjoy the site.
Public Transportation
To reach 名水 磐裂霊水 using public transportation, start at the Nikko Station. Take the Tobu Bus bound for 'Yumoto Onsen' or 'Chuzenji Onsen' and get off at the 'Kamihatsuishi' stop.
