    If you are driving from the center of Nikko, take Route 119 south towards Kinugawa Onsen. Continue on Route 119 for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the signs for Osaru-no-yama. Turn right onto the road leading to Osaru-no-yama. There is parking available on-site, but it may have a small fee, usually around 500 yen.

    From Nikko Station, take the Tobu Kinugawa Line train towards Kinugawa Onsen Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes.
