Car
If you are driving from the center of Nikko, take Route 119 south towards Kinugawa Onsen. Continue on Route 119 for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the signs for Osaru-no-yama. Turn right onto the road leading to Osaru-no-yama. There is parking available on-site, but it may have a small fee, usually around 500 yen.

From Nikko Station, take the Tobu Kinugawa Line train towards Kinugawa Onsen Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Kinugawa Onsen Station, exit the station and look for the local bus service that goes to Osaru-no-yama. The bus ride takes around 15 minutes and costs approximately 300 yen. Check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited.
