Car
If you're driving from central Nikko, take Route 119 towards Sannai. Follow the signs for 'Nikko Toshogu Shrine'. After approximately 5 minutes of driving, you will reach the area around Sannai. Look for parking options nearby, as parking can be limited. The 世界遺産「日光の社寺」区域案内図 is located at Sannai, 321-1431, and is well-signposted.
Public Transportation - Bus
From Nikko Station, take the Tobu Bus bound for 'Toshogu Shrine'. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Toshogu Shrine' stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to the 世界遺産「日光の社寺」区域案内図 located in Sannai. Follow the signs towards 'Nikko World Heritage Area'. The bus fare is approximately 500 yen.
