If you are driving, head to the Hyakusaiji area from central Omi. Take Route 8 towards Higashiomi and continue for about 20 minutes. Look for the signs directing you to Hyakusaiji. The temple is located at 323 Hyakusaijicho, Higashiomi, Shiga 527-0144. Parking is available on-site, and there should be no parking fee.

To reach Hyakusaiji via public transportation, start by taking a train from Omi Station to Higashiomi Station, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. Once you arrive at Higashiomi Station, you can take a local bus that heads towards Hyakusaiji. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as the frequency may vary. The stop you need is Hyakusaiji-mae. After getting off, it's a short walk to the temple entrance.
