    If you are driving from central Omi, head east on Route 161. Follow the signs towards Otsu and continue for approximately 20 minutes. Take the exit towards Otsu and merge onto Route 2. Drive straight until you reach the intersection with Route 477. Turn left onto Route 477 and continue until you see signs for Dejima. The Light Beacon of Dejima is located at 1 Chome-22 Imakatata, Otsu, Shiga 520-0241. Look for parking options nearby as parking may incur a fee.

    Take the train from Omi City to Otsu Station. Board the Kosei Line train, which should take about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Otsu Station, exit the station and head towards the bus terminal.
