From Osaka Station, take the JR Kobe Line towards Himeji. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at Sannomiya Station. Once you arrive at Sannomiya Station, follow the signs to the Hankyu Line and take the Hankyu Kobe Line towards Kobe. Get off at Kobe-Sannomiya Station.
