From Higo, take a train to Kobe Station. If you're traveling from Higo Station, board the Sanyo Electric Railway and head towards Kobe. After approximately 30-40 minutes, you will arrive at Kobe Station. Once you arrive at Kobe Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal located just outside. Look for the bus bound for the Shin-Kobe Ropeway (新神戸ロープウェイ行き) which takes about 15-20 minutes. The bus fare is around ¥210. Get off at the Shin-Kobe Ropeway bus stop.

If you're driving from Higo, take the Sanyo Expressway (Sanyo Shindo) and exit at the Kobe exit. Follow the signs for Shin-Kobe and continue on Route 2.
