Getting There

    From JR Sannomiya Station, take the Seishin Yamate Line to Shin-Kobe Station. The ropeway entrance is a 5-minute walk from Shin-Kobe Station. Subway fare is approximately ¥200. A round-trip ropeway ticket, including garden admission, costs ¥2000 for adults and ¥1000 for youth during daytime hours.

    From Shin-Kobe Station, follow the signs to Nunobiki Waterfall and the herb gardens. The trail to the middle station takes about 35-40 minutes, passing the waterfall. From there, it's a short walk to the lower entrance of the Herb Garden. A one way ropeway ticket from the top to the bottom is ¥1400 for adults and ¥700 for youth.
