Driving
If you're driving from Harima, take the Sanyo Expressway (Sanyo Kōsokudōro) towards Kobe. Exit at the Kobe Ikuta Interchange and follow the signs for 'Kobe Harborland.' Once you reach the area, look for parking at the Harborland umie shopping complex. The Kobe Cruise Concerto is located on the 1st floor of the umie Mosaic building. Expect parking fees to be around 500-1000 JPY for a few hours.

For public transportation, head to the nearest train station in Harima, such as Harima-Kokubunji Station. Take the JR Sanyo Line towards Kobe. Transfer at Sannomiya Station to the JR Kaigan Line and ride to Kobe Station. From Kobe Station, it's a 15-minute walk to the Kobe Harborland area. You can follow the signs leading to Harborland or use Google Maps for precise directions. The total train fare will be approximately 650 JPY one way.

If you prefer bus travel, check for local bus services from Harima to Kobe. Buses may take longer than trains, but they can be more direct depending on your starting point. Make your way to the nearest bus stop and board a bus heading to Kobe. Once you arrive at the Kobe bus terminal, it's a short walk to the Harborland area where the Kobe Cruise Concerto is located. Bus fares vary, but you can expect to pay around 600 JPY.
