Subway
Start by making your way to the nearest subway station. If you are near Namba Station, take the Midosuji Line towards Nakatsu Station. Get off at the next stop, which is Shinsaibashi Station. Here, transfer to the Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line. Board the train towards Tsurumi-ryokuchi and travel for six stops until you reach the station called Nakamozu. Upon arrival at Nakamozu Station, take Exit 1 which will lead you towards the ground level. From the exit, head south on the main road, and after approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the Shin-Kizugawa Bridge located at 1 Chome Shibatani, Suminoe Ward.
Bus
If you prefer taking the bus, find the nearest bus stop from your location. Board the bus heading towards Suminoe Ward. Make sure to check the bus route to ensure it stops at Shibatani. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the Shibatani bus stop. From there, walk east for about 10 minutes along the main road, and you will arrive at the Shin-Kizugawa Bridge located at 1 Chome Shibatani, Suminoe Ward.
Walking
If you are located nearby, you can simply walk to the Shin-Kizugawa Bridge. First, locate your current position on a map. Head towards the nearest main road, then navigate south towards Suminoe Ward. Follow the road signs towards 1 Chome Shibatani. The walk should take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on your starting point. Keep an eye out for the bridge as you approach the area.
