Getting There

Walking

From JR Onomichi Station, head east towards the waterfront. Follow the signs for the Senkoji Ropeway, a 15-minute walk. Alternatively, several walking trails lead up to the park from the station, taking 15-25 minutes, though some are steep with many stairs. These routes pass local shops and temples. No cost for walking.
Public Transport

From JR Onomichi Station, take a bus towards the Senkoji Ropeway. Get off at the Nagae-guchi bus stop, a short ride from the station. From there, it's a 3-minute ride via the Senkoji Ropeway to the park. Bus fare is approximately ¥190. Ropeway costs ¥500 one way or ¥700 round trip for adults.
