Public Transportation
From Sagami, make your way to the nearest train station, which is usually either Sagami or Shonandai station depending on your location. Take the JR Yokohama Line towards Hachiōji and transfer at Ofuna Station. From Ofuna, switch to the Enoden Line (Enoshima Electric Railway) and take a train heading towards Fujisawa. Get off at Hase Station. Hase-dera Temple is a short 10-minute walk from the station. Follow the signs to the temple, and enjoy the scenic route.

If you're driving, head towards Route 134 from Sagami. Follow signs for Kamakura. The drive should take around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Upon reaching Kamakura, look for parking near Hase-dera Temple. There are several public parking lots available. Make sure to check the parking fees, which can vary, typically ranging from 500 to 1000 yen for a few hours. After parking, it's a short walk to Hase-dera.
