Train
From Sapporo Station, take the JR Hakodate Line towards Otaru. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Otaru Station, exit the station and head towards the front of the station. Turn left and walk along the main road (Route 5) for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs indicating the direction to Nobukacho. Continue walking straight, and after about 20 minutes, you will reach Tanaka Sake Brewery at 2-2 Nobukacho.

From Sapporo Station, go to the bus terminal located on the north exit side of the station. Take a bus heading to Otaru (check the signs for the correct bus route). The bus ride will take about 60-90 minutes. Once you arrive at Otaru, get off at the stop nearest to Otaru Station. From there, walk towards the main road (Route 5) and head left for approximately 1.5 kilometers, until you reach Tanaka Sake Brewery at 2-2 Nobukacho.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Sapporo to Tanaka Sake Brewery. This option is more expensive but will get you there faster. Simply tell the taxi driver to take you to 'Tanaka Sake Brewery, 2-2 Nobukacho, Otaru.' The drive will take about 40-50 minutes, depending on traffic.
