Walking
If you're near Odori Park, head north towards the intersection of Odori Nishi 1-chome and Kita 1-jo. Walk straight along Kita 1-jo (1st North Street) for about 5-10 minutes. You will see the Sapporo Clock Tower on your left at 2 Chome Kita 1 Jonishi. It's a recognizable wooden structure with a clock on top.
Public Transit - Subway
If you're near the Sapporo Station, take the Namboku Line (Green Line) subway towards Makomanai. Get off at Odori Station (2 stops). From there, take the Exit 1 and walk north along the Odori Park. Head towards Kita 1-jo and continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach the Sapporo Clock Tower on your left. The subway ticket will cost around 210 yen.
Public Transit - Bus
You can also take a bus from various points in Chuo. Look for bus lines that head towards Sapporo Station or Odori Park. Get off at the 'Clock Tower' bus stop. The bus fare will depend on your starting point, usually ranging from 200 to 300 yen. After getting off, just walk a short distance south to find the Sapporo Clock Tower.
