Subway
Odori Park is directly accessible via the Odori Subway Station, where all three of Sapporo's subway lines (Namboku, Tozai, and Toho) intersect. From Sapporo Station, take the Namboku or Toho line one stop south to Odori Station. Subway fares range from ¥200-¥360 for adults depending on the distance. A one-day subway pass is available for ¥830 for adults, or a Donichika Ticket (weekend/holiday pass) for ¥520. Consider purchasing a SAPICA or Kitaca IC card for easy payment on subways, buses, and trams.
Walking
Odori Park is approximately a 10-minute walk south from JR Sapporo Station. Exit the station and walk south towards the Sapporo TV Tower, which marks the eastern end of the park. The park is located in the heart of Sapporo, making it easily accessible from many central locations.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available throughout Sapporo. A short taxi ride from Sapporo Station to Odori Park will cost approximately ¥670 for the first 2 kilometers, with an additional ¥80 for every 275 meters thereafter. Note that while Uber and Lyft are not available, the taxi-hailing service DiDi operates in Sapporo.
