    JR Tower Observatory T38 is directly connected to JR Sapporo Station. From within the station, follow signs for Stellar Place and proceed to the East 6th floor via the Center II or East Elevator. Purchase your ticket at the Observatory Information Counter on the 6th floor. Take the dedicated elevator to the 38th floor. Admission is ¥640 for adults.

    From anywhere in Sapporo, take the subway to Sapporo Station. Follow the signs within the station to JR Tower and Stellar Place. Proceed to the East 6th floor via the Center II or East Elevator. Purchase your ticket at the Observatory Information Counter on the 6th floor. Take the dedicated elevator to the 38th floor. Subway fares in Sapporo are based on distance, with a minimum fare of ¥200. A one-day subway pass is available for ¥830 on weekdays and ¥520 on weekends and holidays.
