From Sapporo City Hall or the Sapporo Clock Tower, walk south on Nishi 1 Chome street, then turn left onto Odori Nishi street. Continue west until you reach Odori Park West 3-chome. No cost.

From Sapporo Station, take a bus from the Sapporo Bus Terminal towards 'Odori Park' or 'Chuo Ward'. Get off at the Odori Park stop, near the entrance to the park and a short walk to West 3-chome. The cost is approximately ¥210.
