    If you're driving from central Settsu, head south on Route 170 (Kansai Expressway). Take the exit toward Fushimi Ward, Kyoto. Continue on Gokogumonzencho, and follow the signs for Gokōnomiya Shrine. The shrine is located at 174 Gokogumonzencho, Fushimi Ward, Kyoto.
