Walking
From Motomachi Station, walk south for about 5 minutes to Meriken Park. The museum is located in the park, next to the Kobe Port Tower and Earthquake Memorial Park. From Kobe Station, walk through the Harborland area and Mosaic Shopping Centre to reach the park. Walking is free.

Public Transport
From Shin-Kobe Station, take the Kobe City Subway to Kenchomae Station. From there, it's a short walk to Meriken Park and the museum. Alternatively, take the Kobe City Loop bus from Shin-Kobe Station to Meriken Park. The subway fare is approximately ¥200-¥220. The Kobe City Loop bus costs ¥260-¥680.
