If you're driving from central Settsu, head northwest on Route 171 (Kita-Ikeda Street) towards Osaka. Continue for approximately 8 km, following signs for Osaka. As you approach Kita Ward, follow the signs for Tenma. The Mint Museum is located at 1 Chome-1-79 Tenma, which should be easily accessible via the parking facilities nearby. Be aware that parking fees may apply, usually around 500-1000 JPY depending on the duration of your stay.
Public Transportation
To reach the Mint Museum using public transportation, first make your way to the nearest station, Settsu Station. From there, take the Hankyu Takarazuka Line towards Umeda. After 3 stops, transfer at Umeda Station to the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line. Ride until you reach Tenmabashi Station. From Tenmabashi Station, exit the station and walk approximately 10 minutes northeast to reach the Mint Museum at 1 Chome-1-79 Tenma.
