Car
If you are driving from Settsu to Osaka Castle Park, you will take the route via the Osaka Route (阪神高速道路). Start by heading south on Route 170 (also known as Honsen Road). Follow the signs for the Hanshin Expressway and merge onto the expressway. Continue on until you reach the exit for Osaka Castle, which will be clearly marked. Once you exit, follow the local roads to reach the park. Note that parking is available near the castle, but there may be a fee of around 1000 yen for a few hours.

To reach Osaka Castle Park by public transportation, take the JR (Japan Railways) train from Settsu Station. You will want to board the train heading towards Osaka Station. The journey will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Osaka Station, transfer to the Osaka Loop Line and get off at Osakajokoen Station. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to the park. Make sure to check the train schedules for any changes and prepare for a fare of about 410 yen in total.
