If you are traveling by car, take the Matsuyama Expressway from Matsuyama City. Exit at the Kumakogen Interchange. From the interchange, follow Route 33 towards Kumakogen, then take Route 215 which will lead you directly to Shikoku Karst. The total drive from Matsuyama is approximately 1.5 hours. Be prepared for winding mountain roads as you approach the karst.

To reach Shikoku Karst using public transportation, first take a train from Matsuyama Station to Iyo-Kumakogen Station. This trip takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Iyo-Kumakogen Station, you will need to take a local bus (Kumakogen Town Bus) that travels to Shikoku Karst. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes, and the fare is around 500 JPY. Ensure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited.
