If you are traveling by car from anywhere in Shikoku, first navigate to Takamatsu, the capital of Kagawa Prefecture. From Takamatsu, take Route 30 south towards the Seto Inland Sea. The ferry to Naoshima Island takes about 50 minutes and costs around 1,500 JPY for a one-way ticket.
