    Getting There

    Car

    If driving from central Ise, head south on Route 42 towards Minamiise. Continue on Route 42 for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Michiyukugama area. Look for signs indicating Mie-Shima Tenbo Park, which will be on your left. Parking is available on-site and is free. Be aware that the road to the observatory is narrow, so large buses cannot pass.

    Public Transport

    From Ise Station, take the Kintetsu Limited Express train towards Toba. Get off at Toba Station (approximately 25 minutes). From Toba Station, you can take a bus towards Minamiise. Alternatively, take a bus from JR or Kintetsu Ise-shi Station to Nanto Byoin Mae, which is approximately 80 minutes. From there, it is approximately 150 minutes on foot to the park. Consider the Ise-Shima Bus Free Ticket 'Dream' Michikusa Ticket Wide for unlimited travel on designated bus routes in the area. Bus fares typically cost around ¥100-¥200 for a single trip.
