    From Tobu-Utsunomiya Station, head north on Banba-dori (Route 119). Continue for approximately 1km. Turn left onto Mutsumi-cho street. Central Park will be on your left in about 200m. The walk is mostly flat and should take about 15 minutes. No costs involved.

    From JR Utsunomiya Station, take a local bus headed towards Mutsumicho. Get off at the 'Mutsumicho' bus stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Central Park. Bus fare is between 150 to 400 yen for adults, depending on the distance.
