After approximately 10 minutes, turn left onto Route 119 and then make a right at the first intersection onto Mutsumicho. The Tochigi Prefectural Museum will be on your left at 2-2 Mutsumicho, Utsunomiya, Tochigi 320-0865. Parking is available on site, usually for a fee of around 500 yen.
