    From Tobu-Tochigi Station or JR Tochigi Station, exit and walk north for approximately 10-15 minutes. Follow the main road towards Fujimicho. The Kuranomachi Promenade will be on your right, along the Tomoeha River.

    From Shimotsuke Station, take the Tobu Nikko Line towards Shimo-Imaichi Station. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at Tochigi Station. From Tochigi Station, it is about a 15-minute walk to Kuranomachi Promenade. Exit the station, turn right, and follow the main road to Fujimicho. Bus options are also available from Shimotsuke to Tochigi. Check local bus schedules for specific times. From the bus stop in Tochigi, head towards Fujimicho.
