Alternatively, take the ALPICO Hakuba Express bus from Nagano Station's East Exit directly to the resort; the ride is approximately 2 hours. Bus departure times may vary, so check the official website for the latest schedule. A free shuttle bus runs for a limited time from JR Hakuba Station and Hakuba Happo Bus Stop. Bus fare is approximately ¥600 from Hakuba Station.

The first parking lot next to the gondola lift accommodates 100 vehicles, and the second parking lot (central parking lot) opposite the gondola lift accommodates 750 vehicles. The 3rd parking lot next to White Plaza accommodates 100 cars, and the 4th parking lot next to Komakusa accommodates 50 cars. Parking is free, except during special events.
