    Public Transport

    To reach Nanamagari via public transport, take a train from Shinano Station to Nagano Station, which takes about 30 minutes and costs around ¥500. From Nagano Station, transfer to a local bus heading towards the 'Nanamagari' or 'Seven bends' stop. This bus ride takes approximately 40 minutes and may cost around ¥800. Check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited.

    If driving from Shinano, head west on Route 18 towards Nagano City. After about 10 km, exit onto Route 403 and follow it for 15 km until you reach Nanamagari. Look for signs indicating the Seven Bends viewpoint. Parking is available nearby for around ¥500.
