If you're using public transportation, take the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line from Shibuya Station towards Chuo-Rinkan. Alight at Sangenjaya Station. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk. Head southeast on the main road, then turn left onto Ikejiri 2-chome. The shrine will be on your right at 2 Chome-33-2 Ikejiri.
