From JR Wakuraonsen Station, take the Notojima Kotsu Bus for approximately 30 minutes to the Notojima Rinkai Koen bus stop. The aquarium is a short walk from the bus stop. The bus fare is around ¥800.

Driving
Notojima Aquarium is located on Notojima Island, which is connected to the mainland by two bridges. From Nanao city, follow Route 249 to Notojima. Once on the island, follow the signs to the aquarium. Parking is available at the aquarium for a fee.
