Public Transport
From Kyoto Station, take the JR Sanin Main Line to Kumihama Station. From Kumihama Station, transfer to a local Tankai bus bound for Omukai. Get off at the 'Shotenkyo' bus stop, a 2-minute walk to the beach. Buses run frequently, with a maximum fare of ¥200 in Kyotango. The bus ride from Kumihama Station to Shotenkyo takes approximately 20 minutes.
Car
From the Kyotango Omiya Interchange on the Sanin Kinki Expressway, follow National Highway 312, then National Highway 482, and finally National Highway 668. Turn left onto National Highway 666, then right onto Prefectural Highway 49, following signs for Shotenkyo Kazuranohama Beach. Parking is available near the beach for ¥1,500 per day during the official beach season.
