Car
From the center of Tango, head southeast on Route 178. Continue on Route 178 for about 16 kilometers until you reach the town of Kyotango. Look for signs indicating 'Yuhigaura Beach'. Once in Kyotango, take a right onto Route 312, which will lead you directly to the beach area. The beach is located at 〒629-3245 Kyoto, Kyotango, 網野町浜詰. There is parking available near the beach, but be aware that parking fees may apply.
Public Transportation
If traveling by train, take the JR San'in Line from Tango's nearest station to Kyotango Station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Kyotango Station, you can take a local bus (check for schedules as they may vary) towards Yuhigaura Beach. The bus ride should take about 20 minutes, and the fare is typically around ¥500. Get off at the Yuhigaura Beach stop, and from there, it’s just a short walk to the beach.
